1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the tk6 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at tk6.im. "Account" refers to a registered user account on the Platform. "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account, exclusive of any active bonus credits. "Bonus Credit" refers to non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to an account subject to wagering requirements. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Credit must be staked on eligible games before it becomes eligible for conversion to real-money balance. "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of real-money balance from a Player's account to a designated payment method. "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" refers to the identity verification procedures required by tk6 before processing withdrawals or unlocking certain account features.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the tk6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of tk6 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off restriction you have previously applied through this Platform.

tk6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Registration constitutes your representation and warranty that all eligibility criteria are satisfied.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk6 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify tk6 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security.

tk6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials with or without your knowledge — remains your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in advance of that activity occurring.

4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the tk6 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Where tk6 identifies that a Player holds or has held more than one account, tk6 reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses or bonus-derived winnings, and withhold any balance pending a full review. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting for the purpose of bonus abuse or fraud, tk6 reserves the right to permanently close all accounts and retain any balance in accordance with applicable fraud prevention procedures.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

tk6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Standard processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are 10–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. tk6 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above. Funds deposited through a specific payment method will ordinarily be returned to that same method upon withdrawal.

tk6 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Card withdrawal processing fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. tk6 is not responsible for any fees, delays, or restrictions imposed by your payment service provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, tk6 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• The standard wagering requirement on casino welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games, unless otherwise stated;
• Sports betting bonuses carry a standard 5x turnover requirement on qualifying bet types, unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering on certain game types (including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, craps, and scratch cards) may contribute less than 100% — or zero — toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire 30 days after credit if the wagering requirement is not met within that period, unless a different expiry is stated;
• tk6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of terms, or irregular play patterns;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

tk6 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a known or reasonably discoverable error are void;
• Collusion with other Players in any live casino or poker-format game;
• Employing any strategy that constitutes arbitrage betting or that is designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome through simultaneous placement of opposing bets;
• Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Engaging in any conduct that tk6 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of unlawful activities.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, tk6 reserves the right to void all affected bets and game rounds, suspend or permanently close the account, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law.

8 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the tk6 Platform are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of ambiguity, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet is reflected in your account bet history;
• tk6 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official start of an event where the Platform has experienced a data feed delay;
• In-play bets accepted after the occurrence of a decisive event (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal scored) that has not yet been reflected in the live odds feed will be voided;
• Odds displayed are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet;
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or rescheduling, tk6's published sport-specific rules govern the settlement of affected bets. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

9 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

tk6 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of the following tools available through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No betting or deposits are permitted during a time-out period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block access for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk6 Platform — including but not limited to game interfaces, software, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of tk6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of tk6. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

tk6 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. Where an outage affects open bets or active game rounds, tk6 will use reasonable endeavours to restore the affected session or, where that is not possible, return the relevant stake to the Player's account.

In no event shall tk6's total aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

tk6 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available in full at Privacy Policy. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

tk6 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and applies strict internal access controls to personal and financial data. tk6 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform, the processing of payments, and the fulfilment of legal obligations including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tk6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, tk6 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

14 Account Closure

You may request closure of your tk6 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, tk6 will process any eligible outstanding balance to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts that hold an active bonus or an unmet wagering requirement at the time of closure will have the bonus credit and any bonus-derived balance forfeited upon closure.

tk6 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a Player breaches these Terms, provides false registration information, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of closure initiated by tk6 for non-breach reasons, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk6 endeavours to resolve all disputes with Players amicably and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, please contact tk6 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. tk6 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
